the transmission in the truck i drive is not working properly so i took it to capitol frieghtliner in baton rouge la they didn't have the software to look at the problem so they sent me to peterbilt of Louisiana they said they had the software to diagnose the problem turns out they don't.there attitude sucks they lied to me and took there sweet time to do nothing i am sick and tired of shops doing whatever they can to get your business then once they have you they treat you like shit.avoid places like this if you can....sometimes you just cant.

there selling you the truck and dispatching you?

i recently worked at a moving company in great falls mt that was selling me a truck and dispatching me.whats wrong with this picture? they take there truck payment no matter what. they take out the insurance no matter what. any claims or adjustments valid or not are subtracted no matter what.they leave you with no money to pay your most basic bills (i.e) mortgage or rent power food you get the picture.i do realize the truck payment and insurance etc. must all be payed but shouldn't your dispatch offer you trips that are profitable?I'm just saying there selling you a truck and dispatching you they hold all the leverage.
